Co-op Emergency Room Sim Gets Playable Beta
Vital Decisions is a cooperative emergency room management game for up to eight players. Teams measure vital signs, use medical tests, and prescribe treatments while handling complications, bed availability, supplies, and upgrades. A beta demo is available for solo or online co-op play across more than twenty medical conditions.
Vital Decisions casts as many as eight players as a shared emergency department team. A beta demo supports solo play and online co-op. Players read vital signs, check a reference guide, and order lab work, ECGs, X-rays, and CT scans before choosing medicines, setting splints, halting bleeding, or carrying out special procedures.
It includes upward of twenty diagnoses. During shifts, patients may stabilize, worsen, or turn out to have a different condition, while teams track bed capacity, stock, and improvements. The story is dated September 30, 2026 and credited to KJ Robertson; access comes through the beta sign-up.
