Xbox Free Play Days Offers Ubisoft Titles for October 1-4
Xbox Free Play Days is offering a Ubisoft-themed selection from October 1 through October 4. Players can try Far Cry 6, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Skull and Bones, and The Crew Motorfest at no cost. Game Pass is not needed for this promotion, and each game is also discounted for purchase.
This weekend's Xbox Free Play Days promotion centers on five Ubisoft releases. The lineup includes Far Cry 6, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Skull and Bones, and The Crew Motorfest. Players can access them through late October 4.
A Game Pass membership is not necessary to join. Each title also carries a discount for anyone who wants to keep it. To participate, users can find a game in the Xbox Store and select the install or free trial option before playing.
This promotion may affect Xbox owners considering Ubisoft titles, especially those without Game Pass, by lowering barriers to try large games. It could influence weekend play habits and purchasing decisions, potentially boosting short-term engagement and sales for Ubisoft. Players with limited budgets may benefit from temporary access and discounts, while Microsoft may strengthen platform goodwill. Impact likely remains limited to gaming audiences during the four-day window.
