Superman Death Metal joins DC: Dark Legion in Halloween event
DC: Dark Legion has started a Halloween event that lets players recruit Superman Death Metal. Participants gather materials to build a portal and rescue him, while also completing supernatural tasks such as Solar Sonar and Mystic Alignment. A code, WEBGIFT, will be active from October 25 to 31.
The Halloween event adds another Death Metal figure to DC: Dark Legion, after earlier Batman and Wonder Woman versions. Players collect shards and materials, then assemble a gateway to free Superman Death Metal, with Zatanna and John Constantine helping.
Other tasks include Solar Sonar, tied to locating the Disk of Ra, and Mystic Alignment, which has players brighten a supernatural board for rewards. A limited code, WEBGIFT, runs from October 25 to 31. Death Metal Batman and Wonder Woman can also fight alongside him.
Limited-time events like this may shape how mobile players spend leisure time and money, especially DC fans and live-service gamers. The code and timed tasks could encourage daily engagement, which may strengthen community discussion or create pressure to log in before deadlines. Because the event offers characters and rewards, it could influence players' routines and spending choices.
